Prices

We give you the price on the phone before you book. That's the price you pay for the job we agreed. If we find something different when we arrive, for example the tyre size is different from the one we were given, we tell you and you decide before we do any extra work.

Arrival times

The arrival time we give you is our honest estimate. Traffic and earlier jobs can change it, and if that happens we'll call you.

Safety

We won't work anywhere it isn't safe, for example on a live lane of a busy road. If that's the case we'll explain why and what to do next.

Tyres

New tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty. Keep the car's tyres at the right pressure and check them regularly.

Cancelling

If you no longer need us, please call as soon as you can so we can help someone else.
