Privacy policy

This explains what SE Mobile Tyre ("we") does with your details. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• When you call us: your phone number and what you tell us about the job, such as where the car is and your tyre size.
• When you ask for a call back: your name, phone number and postcode, and the page you sent it from.
• When you visit the site: if measurement tools are switched on, basic information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and whether the call button was tapped.

Why we use it

Only to call you back, quote for the job, come out to you and keep a record of the work. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

Who else sees it

Call-back requests are delivered to us through a secure messaging service. If measurement tools are switched on, Google may process information about site visits on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for the job and our records, then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it. Call 0808 157 0123. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
