What to do right now
- Get off the road somewhere safe and level if you can. Put your hazard lights on.
- On a motorway or fast A-road, get everyone out of the car on the side away from traffic and stand behind the barrier.
- Don't try to change the wheel at the side of a busy road.
- Call us and tell us where you are. A road name, junction number or what3words all help.
What we need from you on the phone
- Where the car is, and whether it's safe where it is.
- Your tyre size, from the side of a good tyre on the same axle.
- Whether you have a locking wheel nut key.

Stop in an emergency area or on the hard shoulder and get everyone behind the barrier. Then call us. We'll tell you honestly whether it's safe for us to work where you are, or whether the car needs moving to the next junction first. On a live lane, call 999.

Do you really work through the night?
Yes. We're open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. The phone is answered by a person, not a voicemail.
How long will you take to get to me?
Usually 30 to 60 minutes. It depends on where you are, traffic and the time of day. We give you an honest arrival time on the phone before you book.
My car has no spare wheel. Can you still help?
Yes. Most new cars don't have a spare. We bring a new tyre in your size and fit it where the car is.

How much will it cost?
It depends on your tyre size and the tyre you want. Call 0808 157 0123 with the size from the side of the tyre (it looks like 205/55 R16) and we'll give you a price on the phone. That's the price you pay.
